"Newer hotel and things are still very clean and tidy. Only negative was I made a single reservation with 2 rooms. I want both rooms under my credit card and attended would not allow me to do that? Didn’t waste my time or patience arguing with a fool."

"Wowsers- this place is a gem! Stopped here on a cross country road trip. I have no affiliation with Notre Dame but wow-this place has so much school spirit that I wish I did! Lobby and rooms were adorably decorated, very extensive breakfast, and a water fountain with three kinds of water! Wonderful!"

"Avanti houses is a charming property. We stayed in one of the rooms on ND game day weekend. It was super affordable to rent this room. It was the perfect size for us. The room was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The house is older and so you'll hear the floors creak. The bathroom was well kept and clean, taking a shower was easy. The parking was also easy. This property was located very close to ND and HCC. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future. Cassandra was a fabulous and responsive host. Thank you!"
