The check-in was easy, staff helpful, breakfast good for a pre-prepared breakfast, and room very comfortable. The only negative was that there was a clump of hair in the tub - luckily we were there for a quick overnight and did not need to take a shower.

6/10 Okay

The first room they checked me into had very sticky floors, smudged, refrigerator, and dishwasher and a dirty interior of the refrigerator. The room just felt dirty. I was then switched to another room, which was much better but had a dresser that drawers hung out and wouldn’t close and broken hangers in the closet and a partially sticky floor. Much different than the first time I was there back in April. It’s a very nice property and they allow dogs so that’s A Plus, but I was disappointed in the cleanliness.

Check in was easy and welcoming. The property is very clean and is in a great location, close to Notre Dame which was important to us. There are restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood was beautiful for walking. Overall excellent!!!

The property was very nice and clean. Our rooms were spacious. We were greeted and checked in quickly at the front desk and I missed getting his name but he was very nice and made sure to ask if we needed anything and how everything was when we left. The only complaint I have is not against the hotel at all but the teenage boys that had no respect for younger children in the pool. Again not against the hotel at all but shame on parents for not teaching their kids better!

It was nice and Jason at the front desk was super nice. Room was clean, cleaning staff was very nice. Pool was nice. They had a basketball team stay and the kids were running through the hallway knocking on doors and even kicked our door open when it was propped open. Front desk was on a mission looking for them. The manager or whoever he was questioning me the next day without reading what was put in notes.
