"The first night was great we got a late check out for noon but at 10am the next morning housekeeping knocked on the door and walked in the room before we could even get up play disturbed us 2 hours before checkout then we decided to add another day and this time i got a. 2 o'clock. Check out, paid $20. extra and ask for Do Not Disturb sign to put on the door. And again, housekeeping disturbed us. 3 hours before checkout time. Knocked on the door and started coming into our room. Just completely ignored. the do not disturb sign we stayed for 2 days and had 2 miserable mornings it's a very rude staff. They have no consideration for guest. I complained before check out. The manager was supposed to call me and they never did they said the manager wasn't there that day, but they would call me and email me the next day.And they never did i had no contact at all from management, not even an apology. They should have to give me a full refund. But they won't even contact me. It's a nice place to go to, but not to spend the night unless you leave at dawn. I don't think I'll be staying there again. Don't even waste your time to pay for late. Check out or ask for one. They are so beyond rude."
