"Great views of the seaside, wonderful staff and really good location. The common areas are very welcoming, and the restaurant serves great food. Unfortunately, the windows were in poor condition and the noise from the road, the race course and the wind made it really difficult to relax during the day and to sleep at night. Earplugs 100% recommended. They also let the cold in at night, so don't be deceived by the high temperature in the rooms/building during the day."

"The room we stayed in, no 3, was a beautiful room. It was large and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely as well, with a walk in shower. It's an easy walk into the town and to the Stephen Joseph theatre where we saw a brilliant play. I would definitely recommend it. "

"We had a lovely room with a sea view and lots of space and seating for our 3-day break. The staff were great and helpful when needed. However the whole place is looking a bit tired and in need of sprucing up. This did not detract from our stay and is reflected in the good rate we paid. We would certainly consider staying again ."
