"Just ok. Nice staff at desk - but room was poor, beds had bare box springs , no skirt, uncomfortably hard, old and worn. Duvet was paper thin and there were no extra blankets for cold rooms. Pillows and towels were cheap and old, scratchy towels. Bathroom amenities were teensy. No extra toilet paper or kleenex. Phone was broken and message light kept flashing. Breakfast was sub par. Pancake station ran out of bYter, batter cups, spray for pancake maker. Coffee was cheap, acidic. Powdered eggs and cold sausage. Overall like 2 stars but ok for one night in a pinch when other hotels were twice as much or fully booked"
"This hotel has no idea what hospitality is.
Everyone looks at you like you have three heads. It’s co. Extend to an apt bldg btw.
Breakfast was added on reservation but it’s not really a breakfast. Snack bar more like it.
I’m Hilton honors as well. They did nothing for it. "
"Welcoming Staff was great, unfortunately, two separate staff members indicated smoking on the balcony was permitted. We found out it was not when the Sunday morning desk clerk, Jasmine, kicked us out of the hotel, and the manager avoided speaking with us for hours. his only concern was charging the $250 and kicking us out.
Cleanliness was ok except for all the marijuana smoke odor throughout the hotel and most disturbing coming from the room next door to us. when we complained about it, twice to two different staff members, neither was interested in addressing the situation.
Policies made by staff not back up by the policy agreement. Jasmine first notified us os the $250 charge for smoking. we get it, we smoked on the patio, doesn't matter we were told it was ok, we should have known better. The second call from Jasmine was to inform us we had to leave immediately due to the smoking "as listed on the policy agreement we sign." The policy agreement does address the $250 charge for smoking "in the hotel" but does not state it is grounds for immediate removal from the hotel. In addition, though we pre-paid for our entire stay, which included one additional night, the manager, without even fawning concern and after confirming we must leave immediately, refused to refund the room cost for the day he took from us."
"Room was very dirty and smells like someone used the bathroom before we checked in. I would never booked again, no 1 came to take out trash from the room."
