"Clean comfy room, good mattress, awful pillows. great A/C, open walk-in shower room much better than tub like shower. Breakfast buffet was good variety but lots of flies on food and bees/wasps attack (not sting) the food as soon as you sit on the terrace. Stunning beach with multiple entry points. Great sunbeds with foldable head shade! Pools are beautiful, Marina on the west end is the best with incredible view. The Butchers Grill was a tasty send-off our last night. It's all about the beach and it was terrific. Only drawback is its not close to anything except small town of Zaton, everything else far and ubers are frustratingly expensive. Terrific bakery right up the property across the street. Make sure you DONT get a room on 2nd floor, concrete rock drought tolerant slab blocks more than 1/2 your seaview! We were relocated after repeated requests to third floor away from this slab, and we were very happy didnt want to come back. Even in September it was crowded we couldnt believe it, but property is like village with residency side, so big you never feel crowded. Rooms have expensive minibar, but they allow you to take their drinks out and out your own without charge."
"Place was awesome pool was great breakfast the best, rooms great but my shower hose leaked walking distance was scenic to the port long walk , a lot of stairs apart from that I recommend this place"
"Beautiful hotel and convenient location
Was a little disappointed with our room as we booked a room with a balcony expecting some sort of view. Sadly we looked out onto a brick wall. Not sure why a balcony was advertised as it had no appeal and no use"
"The rooms have been renovated and are very nice, and the facilities are generally very good. The WiFi is terrible, it’s fine sitting in reception but barely worked in the room at all, that should be an easy fix. There aren’t enough beds at the pool and beaches for the number of rooms and despite the rules people still reserve them making it a pain. The golf carts down to town were a really good service and it’s near to lots of great restaurants, boat trips etc"
"A modern hotel with fantastic amenities and great potential, though it falls slightly short on maintenance and upkeep.
The highlights were easily the pools and dining. Having both an outdoor pool and a large indoor lap pool with gorgeous sea views was a major plus. The spa area was great—especially the sauna and cold showers—and the breakfast spread was fresh with plenty of options. A special shoutout to the omelette chef, who was exceptionally engaging and did a wonderful job every morning.
However, the property is missing a caring touch when it comes to the details. The steam room was out of order during our stay, there was peeling paint on the bathroom door, and small holes in the curtains.
Housekeeping was also hit-or-miss; some days were fine, while on others we were left without clean mugs or received a cracked drinking glass.
Overall, it's a pleasant property with friendly staff, but a little extra attention to maintenance and consistency would take it to the next level."
"Wonderful six night stay in a fourth floor sea view suite. My butler Alexa was excellent as was the service received by all the staff. The view from my room was epic. But the views from almost anywhere in the hotel were fabulous. The gym was very good and not oversubscribed. There never was an issue getting a lounger. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The dinners in various restaurants and the room service were of high quality but a bit overpriced even for a luxury hotel. The wine selection by the glass was good. Appreciated that the hotel had a sports bar. The sea view suite was gorgeous but marred by a musty smell of mildew and mold which became apparent early on during the stay. When I discovered the source of the water leak causing the odor, the hotel acted swiftly to try and remedy the situation. The smell was particularly bad by rooms 1422-24. I was assured that new carpet was on order and new air conditioning was being installed. Were it not for this inconvenience I would rate this hotel five stars. I have spent 200 to 250 nights on travel the past 30 years, many nights in top luxury hotels around the world. This is an outstanding hotel."
"The hotel is in a wonderful, central location....short walk to everything we wanted to see in Split. Buffet breakfast was fantastic, staff were all pleasant and accommodating and the rooftop bar/pool/hot tub were a great change of pace after busy days touring. The room was modern, very clean and comfortable. We'd highly recommend this hotel."
