"Clean , very nice staff breakfast "

"There is an undisclosed upcharge ($75) for pets. I have no problem with paying a fee, but it should be clearly stated when pricing is shared. The hotel was great for our needs- clean, friendly and conveniently located for us. The breakfast was slightly different each day, with some form of eggs, make your own waffles, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, sausage of some sort, and various beverages. We enjoyed our stay and will use Hampton Inn in Plant City next time we visit. "

"I do not recommend this hotel at all. The cleanliness is terrible, and that’s the most basic thing you expect from a place you’re staying at. From the moment we walked in, the floor was sticky and dirty—it felt completely neglected. The bathroom was simply disgusting: the sink had built-up grime, like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The freezer area was also in very bad condition, with visible residue and dirt, clearly something that hasn’t been cleaned in ages. In the room, although the curtain looked fine, everything else was very disappointing. The air conditioning was another issue—we had to turn it off because it was triggering allergies for all of us, which clearly shows a lack of proper maintenance. Honestly, the place is filthy. In a hotel, cleanliness is the most important thing, and this place completely fails at that. I would not return or recommend it."
