"The location was great. The pool was nice and so was the daily live music. The staff that checks you in can be a bit friendlier and a bit more helpful. Housekeeping, we had them come in 2x to take out the garbage but they didn’t even attempt to make the bed or give us more toilet paper or tissues. I definitely recommend this hotel but I do think that certain things can be tweaked. Please note there is a $35 per day resort fee."

"The rooms were nice size, clean and had spacious bathroom. Adequate number of bath & pool towels for the stay as well as dish/laundry soap...thankfully I brought my own dryer sheets. The washer/dryer unit was VERY noisy. The elevator was HOT and dirty...Lots of daily activities available...would return"

"Check in was a little dicey. You have to drive to one location to pick up passes then onto the property where the keys are in a lockbox that's difficult to see the numbers, then I couldn't get into my room because I never received instructions with THAT doors code. The representative was very kind and helpful and assisted us. Once that was over, we had no issues with the unit. It had all the amenities of home. All we needed was the food and spices! Lol. The beach is beautiful (Coligny Beach). This area is very family friendly. You can ride your bike anywhere on the island, they even have golf carts and trolleys that take you around."
