"This is a little overdue, however I definitely wanted to post this. So I rolled in here on Friday February 2nd for a skiing weekend at Cape Smokey, and was due to check out Sunday morning February 4th...but after 120 cm of snow over the weekend, I didn't get out until February 6th. All I can say is that the staff were absolutely outstanding in what must have been a difficult situation for them in what was one of the worst snowstorms in decades. "Great place to visit. Really nicely and spacious rooms. Only minor issue was 1 /4 pillows on the bed had a dead insect otherwise really clean. We just removed that pillow and still had plenty of pillows. "

"Everything is good, the place is nice. The view from the window and the patio and dining room is fantastic. Since it is just ourselves (3 couples) and one couple from Virginia, we were so comfortable and relax. The person who attended to us is very nice. I was surprised when we found that she is the owner. Too bad, the place is being sold. I hope the quality of service will not change."

"The location is breathtaking, right on the ocean. We shared the large hot tub with our friends. The accommodation was large and had everything we needed. The owners were very helpful and nice to talk to. Due to the previous weather the beach was inaccessible due to the stairs being washed away. Breakfast is no longer an option at this location but we were provided with coupons for a couple of restaurants in the area, both were excellent, The Clucking Hen, especially."
