"Room was clean. I was given a room with a waterfront view on the 41st floor. Amazing morning sunrises. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but I like a soft bed. Also, my room was missing tissues and an alarm clock. The shower was great, amazing water pressure and good temperature control. "

"This is a residential building that seems to offer vacant apartments as a hotel. With that comes residential behavior. Some floors smelled like cigarette smoke, some like marijuana. The “lobby” was a fold out table with a register system. The employees were very kind and accommodating. I asked to switch my room and wasn’t even questioned. The first room was gloomy, dirty and outdated. The second room was cleaner but still not to my liking. I gave 3 stars for the customer service being great! The property needs work and is under construction. "

"Great time as always! A lot of teenagers. There was a wrestling tournament, no parents in sight. Basically a free for all especially in the shops. "
