Nostalgic weekend.

The service provided by all the staff was excellent. Room was spacious bright and spotlessly clean. Breakfast well cooked and tasty. Convenient location in the centre of the town and very close to the characterful Pannier Market.

I was impressed with the lady who ran the hotel that night. She checked me in, instructed me where to park my car, advised where to get dinner because they didn't provide evening meals, served my drink in the bar, laid my table for my brought in take away dinner and then cleared up and still managed to do some cleaning. She made my evening very easy and pleasant. I couldn't ask for more.

An absolutely exceptional stay in a really immaculate hotel but the real star of the show are the staff who are so welcoming, helpful, friendly etc They’re also the most professional team I’ve come across on my many travels A really fantastic place to stay

This is my favourite place to stay in the area. The majority of the rooms I've stayed in are large, beautifully decorated, so clean too, with a big comfortable bed. The breakfast choice is excellent and delicious.
