"Best thing about this hotel is the location, right on the Promenade des Anglais looking over the water. We had a balcony room with a beautiful view. However it can get a bit loud out on the Promenade (music from street performers and local clubs) and the window wasn't fully soundproof. The place is nice but a little dated, still a good value though if you can handle a little noise."
