We love the stay at Malolo Island Resort. Everything worked perfectly for us. We were impressed that wifi connection speed was good at the public areas (much better than a 5 star resort we stayed in at Denarau Island). Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Thanks to the Operations Manager and Resort Manager for the warm welcome & send off at the jetty, as well as looking after all guests well during the stay. Serenaders were excellent!! We really enjoyed their...

Amazing island and hotel. All top notch except the following (bare in mind it’s feedback for a 5 star so all over great stay) Do not expect the same quality especially service and food as in a relais chateau.. breakfast is great but the rest of the food (lunch and dinner) are ok but mediocre for a 5star, most fish and meat and veggies were overcooked and pretty simple, given the amazing fresh fish they could have sourced. Choice is limited as well (a beach bbq night offered only some small...

I love all their...

There’s no doubt the resort is lovely. The staff are incredible and the gardens and beach are nice. I do think it’s disappointing that there aren’t more affordable options for families though. If you can’t afford the 2 bedroom suite, which most probably can’t then the only option you are left with is the king room with either a king bed (presumably for the whole family) or two double beds. Now this is fine for an adult travelling with one child but it’s too small for two adults to sleep together...

This is a good place and I would happily recommend to others. Couple of small blips on arrival but after that, despite being a beautiful and pleasant location, it really meets expectations, the staff are it’s greatest asset, helpful, polite, knowledgeable and more.

We loved our trip and would highly recommend this place for families. The Fijian people are probably the friendliest nation I have comes across. We hope to be back soon.
