"Good experience for the price paid. Rooms and poolside bar are not luxurious or high end but good quality and have anything you need. Nice pool and plenty of deckchairs and space. Location is a little way out of town (20 minutes walk) and up a hill but this makes for some beautiful views and leaves you close to Megali Amos beach and two supermarkets."

"The apartment was kept spotlessly clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful There was adequate Aircon across the whole of the apartment. The apartment is in an excellent location in a quiet area but on the edge of where the action is. It is easy to get to and from the apartment without any step climbs."

"This is a lovely place to stay with an amazing elevated view of Skiathos from the terrace - a beautiful spot to have the breakfast There was also transfers available for the airport which really helped"

"Staff very helpful. Hotel is spread over a large roughly 200 acre site. So for most seniors or those with young families use of the hotel's reliable free golf buggy transport is essential particularly in very hot weather to get around the site."

"Clean and quiet room. I really enjoyed my stay here and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Driver Capitano Aaron was very hospitable and always free to drive me round the compound. Staff were also helpful arranging taxis and airport transfers. Thanks so much"

"Stayed 3 times at The Aegli now whilst sailing out of Volos. Lovely big light filled rooms with huge comfortable beds. Complimentary water and pop in the fridge is a nice touch on a hot day Staff have always been polite and helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast time with fresh food. Highly recommended"

"The location of this particular hotel is perfect. The gentleman who owns it has been extremely helpful and very nice. There was a few problems to begin with, but he fixed everything. The room is nice and big. It is very noisy however so keep that in mind."

"Beautiful gardens and pool area. Despite being next to the road it was very peaceful. Good selection at Breakfast. There is only one coffee machine which could lead to queues at peak times. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Close to bus stop 23 and for 3 euros you can get to Skiathos town and the airport. Bus can be very busy at peak times. The walks through the forest to numerous beaches are beautiful. A few good restaurants all within walking distance if you don’t have a car or want to venture into town. Would definitely recommend and stay here for longer next time! Bonus hearing Scops owls every night 😍"
