So I was traveling alone visiting friends just needed a place to sleep and shower. Was cheaper than other properties nearby but not that much cheaper. The good was I slept ok and managed to get what I needed. The bad the place BADLY needs maintenance and an upgrade and cleaning. Hallways were filthy, broken pieces in hallways, badly needs paint everywhere, no door on the bathroom, forget shampoo etc. tiny towels, bed was not plush, shower doors almost fell off, room door as hard to close. I wouldn’t bring a family. If you want to save a few bucks and can tolerate that go for it but I suspect you could find something nearby for not a whole lot more. I survived just find but wouldn’t return. It was just kind of disturbing being in a building so obviously and I mean obviously meeting repair and maintenance. Location is very close to highway so convenient.

Guys please listen to the reviews. I didnt listen because of the price and i went anyway. Now the guy was very nice but other than that the experience was nasty. Nasty hallways, even worse rooms with stained bedsheets, bedbugs and thats just to mention a few things. Dont come bere!

The place smelled like cigarettes. There were burn holes in my blanket and sheets. The walls were STICKY. My shower had weird yellow stains. The TV made only white noise. I’m honestly not confident they even cleaned the room during turnover. Someone pulled the fire alarm in the morning and it took 20 minutes to turn it off. Worst stay of my life. I checked out a day early because it was just so stressful being there and still had to pay for the day I didn’t use.

This trip was not the worst but after seeing all of the reviews I can understand that I must have patience. I can say some of the staff is pleasant some may not seem so pleasant but everyone has a different experience. Cleanliness just depends on what is available at the time of checkin.... not sure...

The photos Expedia shows are NOT what you will get. The place needs major renovation & new furniture. I’ve never ever stayed in a place so worn down, stained, dirty before. Def not worth the $100 per night. I’ll never return but I figured I leave an honest review for future guests.

We wanted an inexpensive place to stay and it is. It was clean but a bit run down. We had to ask for another pillow as there were 2 of us and only one pillow and also another towel. No shampoo and soap for shower.

This is the dirtiest and most run down hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty and run down furniture, bed bugs, can’t use the deadbolt on the door because it doesn’t line up with frame, heater didn’t work. Smoke alarm was just laying in the iron holder but of course no iron. Rooms have no phones. Elevator and lobby tile floor was so dirty and sticky I almost went to the front desk to ask them if I could clean them. Only one person to clean each room for the entire building every day. Staff was friendly and tried to help with complaints but there are just too many things to complain about. This place should not be on Expedia. It’s really just a low cost long term residence for most people that stay there.

I would not recommend this property to anyone that is traveling. It is the lowest budget facility I have ever stayed at. It didn’t even have a coffee maker in the room and they didn’t provide in on the lobby either. My husband and I stay there together and realized the next morning that we only had one towel, one wash cloth and a bath mat. They motel was a monthly rental facility and had we known we would’ve never chose it.

This shouldn’t be called a hotel. A total dump! The first room given to me has sheets that were used and not changed. The bed cover was just neatly placed over it. The floors were dirty. The second room given as a replacement had dirty floors and the bed was not made. The AC plastic cover was broken and hanging off the AC.

This hotel is filthy. Im not sure what the situation is, but i have never, ever stayed at such a filthy hotel in my life. And I travel all over the world. My stay here was just because I didnt want to drink and drive, it was inexpensive and close to the venue i was going to for a party. When I checked out in the morning I was told I should have came and told someone and they would have moved me. Well, I could have, however, I didnt feel that would guarantee me a better room. And since I was not driving I didnt feel like ubering all over to find another hotel. I was quite, convenient location. Just extremely filthy and outdated.

The gentleman who checked in was very nice and helpful but that is literally the only good part about my stay here. The mini fridge and microwave are dirty and the toilet in my room did not flush. They advertised a queen size bed and the bed looked more like a full size mattress on a queen frame. The mattress made the floor feel soft . This was definitely not a great experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone. I checked out and went somewhere else within hours of my arrival. This place is definitely not worth the money.

Both elevators broken. No fitted bottom sheet only a top sheet. Smoke detector unplugged. Empty plastic bottles under bed. No trash can. Dark: 2 light bulbs missing. Wall mirror on floor. Stairwell door missing handles. Stairwell smelled of urine. This hotel should be shut down & not promoted by Expedia. Expedia should visit this hotel ASAP & verify my statements.

"I would strongly advise against staying at the Town Inn Motel. My experience was extremely disappointing and I wouldn't recommend it even for a brief visit. Here are the reasons why: The overall cleanliness of the motel was subpar. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were not well-maintained is also far were not even cleaned in my entire 4 day stay , and I had concerns about hygiene and sanitation. The staff at the motel were unresponsive and inattentive to guest needs. When I had questions or issues, it felt like they were disinterested in providing assistance or solutions. The motel had a pervasive odor issue that was quite unpleasant. It significantly detracted from the overall comfort of the stay and was a major downside. The rooms showed signs of neglect, with broken fixtures, leaky faucets, and malfunctioning appliances. It was evident that maintenance was not a priority. The environment in and around the motel was far from inviting. I didn't feel safe or comfortable during my stay, which was a cause for concern. If this kind of motels are posted in expedia then i guess i have to stop using Expedia and look for more options
