"A trip marred by a death in the family and lost luggage was only made better by this staff. Kieran, Sam, Brooke, Alana, Nathan, Ruth, Cooper, Kaitlin, Meagan and Nicole responded with genuine kindness, compassion, generosity and cheerfulness. I was moved to tears by their concern for my wife and I. This staff and the Scots are a wonderful and outstanding people that went out of their way to help us and to make us happy. I strongly recommend Dakota Edinburgh to all. You won't be disappointed."
