"We stayed from the 11th-16th August and had a great time! The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist who worked most mornings. We felt very safe. The pool is great and usually had sun loungers available. The shop is cheap and has good options. We booked full board which is actually soft all inclusive (alcohol with meals but not at the bar, all food, snacks and soft drinks included). "From the moment you walk into the foyer, you are warmly greeted by friendly faces and a welcome drink. Concierge take you and your bags to your room and the first walk around the hotel grounds are fantastic. The buildings are impressive, the whole place smells lovely and it just oozes luxury. The drinks are all labelled and plenty, the food choice at every meal is fantastic, a particular favourite was the Asian restaurant and the champagne bar is fantastic!
