"I do not leave negative reviews lightly, but this stay needs to be documented. The room had a strong foul odor overnight. The next morning, I discovered the toilet was completely blocked. I politely informed the front desk before leaving for a meeting. When I returned later in the day, the blockage had been cleared. However, the toilet had not been cleaned afterward. There was visible residue remaining on the rim (even after multiple flushes). I calmly returned to the front desk and requested that the toilet be cleaned. I did not ask the front desk employee to clean it personally — only that it be addressed by whoever handles housekeeping. The response I received was defensive: I was asked whether she was “supposed to clean my toilet” and told there was no one else on duty. Rather than escalate the situation, I disengaged. The toilet was never cleaned. Maintenance issues can happen. Staffing shortages can happen. What should not happen is making a guest feel unreasonable for requesting basic sanitation. In addition, the property shows visible signs of poor upkeep, including burned sections of carpet in the room. This is not about luxury expectations. It is about cleanliness and professional handling of a basic hygiene issue. Unfortunately, this stay fell short on both."

"Everything was good at this property except the restaurant was out of a lot of things I don’t know maybe they needed to restock but the food wa good and the service . Also they need to figure out how to keep the water off the floor in the bathroom shower because there is no door or curtain in bathroom so water shoots all over floor to dk if it’s like that in all the rooms but overall it is a nice place "

"Cons: The condition of the hotel is old, tired, and dingy. The photos make it look better than it really is. Our whole room smelled. The carpet was completely bare in some places as if the fibers had been eaten by bugs or rodents (see photo). It was old and dingy. I killed four small flying bugs in our room. There was an unrepaired spot in the bedroom ceiling where a leak had been.The shower was a plastic enclosure that moved under my feet as I stepped or shifted my weight. The shower faucet handle had an inch of free play making it hard to adjust the water temperature. There was mold in the bathroom (see photo). There were holes/indented cracks in the wall (see photo). The battery cover was missing from the remote (see photo)--not a big deal but was representative of a lack of maintenance or care of the property. Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The airport shuttle picked us up at 4:30 am and was right on time. The breakfast had a good amount and variety of food. Normally breakfast starts at 5 am but they brought it out early, before 4:30 am, so people on the 4:30 am shuttle could have something before leaving. They didn't have to do that--it was very kind."

"The seemed clean I had problems with the TV, it took a maintenance guy to fix it was hole in the bathroom door when I got here at the lower right hand side. No one of the staff mentioned it. It should be mentioned as it could be blamed on the guest. Other stay was ok, "

"Overall this is a great hotel. Great value for the amenities that are offered. Close to the airport for those that travel. Fun for the kids to see airplanes constantly. The pool area was very busy at night; we did stay over a weekend. That being said, it was still an enjoyable place to be. The temperature of the pool was good! Felt comfortable and not cold. Hot tub was hot! "
