She showed little concern for the inconvenience we were experiencing, we were burning. Fortunately, the gentleman at the front desk took the matter seriously and resolved it promptly and professionallY "

"The exterior & interior of the hotel was great. Well lit parking area & the lobby had a great atmosphere. U fortune tel the hallway from the third floor was hot & humid. The room was great except for the roof area where the soffit llights were the ceiling paper was peeling & the exhaust fan in the restroom wasn’t properly installed leaving a gap. It rained our last morning there & the tv signal kept buffering. Other than that the stay was great & customer service was awesome."

"We enjoyed our stay it was nice to get to be with family shopping and Chuckie cheese for my 5 yr old. We used the laundry room there make sure you have a card it cash less . The pool was relaxing as well the only thing I did not like was the luming smell of marijuana in the halls because I had planned this for the family and my 5yr old was with us. And we rented no smoking so I was not expecting that"
