"We are disappointed. The hotel does not look anything like the photos. It is junky, dirty and looks like it has not been maintained for a few years. When we drove up, no valet was available, no one offered to help with suitcases. Checkin was slow, the room had a foul smell, wires were loose/hanging behind TV, shower handle was broken, rusted and water dripping, the air vents were loud. We could not sleep with the noise and smell. There is no coffee maker or water heater in the rooms. With $260 we paid, we could have stayed at the Westin across the street and have a much better experience."

"The location is superb. It’s close to shopping, places to go and even subway station you can reach through mall so you don’t have to go outside when the weather is too cold or hot. And the big supermarket is just cross the street. Also, Newbury St. is just 5-7 min walk distance as well as the public library. It was a pleasant stay!!!"
