"The property is lovely and very well run. I have stayed there many times. However, this year, Expedia accepted my booking and my money, and when I arrived late at night after a long drive - the hotel was closed - and up for Sale!
I had to find a room after 9pm on the busiest weekend of the year. I have asked Expedia to refund my money but had no acknowledgement."

"We have just had a lovely stay at The Falcon. The hotel is spotless and beautifully kept. All the staff are amazing and most helpful.
We had a bedroom on the front with a canal view. The only down side to this is that it was quite noisy. It is on the main road into the town and next to a pub.
The food and gardens are great and we look forward to visiting again at some point."
