"I had a short enjoyable stay at the Mercure ICON Singapore City Centre. The location is its biggest selling point it's connected to Clarke Quay MRT station, making the entire city incredibly accessible, and the area is full of great restaurants, hawkers and bars. The hotel is clean and holds a modern vibe and the rooftop pool was an absolute lifesaver, offering a fantastic retreat with great city views. My room was very comfortable, and impeccably clean but small. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. For a well located, modern, and comfortable hotel that offers great value in Singapore, I would highly recommend it and would not hesitate to book again."

"Third time staying at this hotel. Great hotel for families, my daughters love the big swimming pools. The rooms are small but if you’re spending only 1 or 2 nights that’s no big deal. We ate outside of the hotel most of the time. It’s so convenient to take the Sentosa express and eat at Vivo City or Sentosa resort world. Heads up that the hotel is quite popular with tourists and the check in at 3pm can be quite overwhelming. Try to ask for an early check in or go there before 2pm."
