"The hotel itself is in a decent location, that’s about it.
The room was below average at best. The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were also super hard. There was hair on the ceiling of the shower.
There’s a bus stop at the corner where the hotel is situated. I didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary though.
I wouldn’t stay here again and I would not recommend it."
"The building is old and in a rundown area of Hartford. They are working on renovations floor by floor. The night I was there they posted that The 4th floor was closed for renovation so what floor did they put me in! The third floor and what time did construction come the next morning? 630 am! I mean seriously! Breakfast was very good and was kept full and hot dishes kept hot. The staff were always visible. I had requested a room with two queen and a pull out couch because three of us were traveling together. The pull out couch was not useable! It was in terrible shape! Very disappointing and apparently there were no other rooms! So do your research!"
Days Inn by Wyndham Windsor Locks / Bradley Intl Airport

"This place is a dump. So they use the parking lot for an airport parking service (LAZ Parking, if I recall the name correctly). You end up using them for the hotel shuttle. This place is rundown, with the lobby - that isn't all that nice - being by far the nicest area.
The room is awful. Cheap, Big Lots type of furniture with the laminate coming off of it. You can tell the original carp came up the side of the walls to make a baseboard. They just sliced it at the floor to put laminate in its place...all of which was curling at the edges most likely from previous water damage. The shower drain was probably chrome decades ago but is just fully rust colored now. Bubbling wallpaper, as expected.
TV was small, as you'd expect for a budget place, though I never used it. Fridge was loud but made for good white noise and it ran constantly - I never opened it. No idea on the heat/AC as it was cool out and I decided to just keep my hoodie on and not run it.
I should have spent $20-30 more on somewhere better. I won't make that mistake again. Positives are that it is within walking distance of several places to eat and I didn't hear any noise the entire time I was there."
"Stayed one night at the Quality Inn while in the area to visit Six Flags. It was overall a great value and I have stayed over a dozen times over the years. I had room 415 and while it was fine overall, when entering the room, there was quite a strong unpleasant odor, something I have never experienced here before. That was quite unsatisfying, and I smelled it again after leaving for dinner and returning, and sadly had to adjust to the odor as my stay went on.
I checked in around 7:30pm or so, the woman at the desk was friendly and quickly got my room key ready, however I heard her complain to a friend about working since 6am, and the hotel seemingly being understaffed wasn't the greatest thing to hear.
My room was clean overall, minus the odor, however some bathroom fixtures, the light and tissue box specifically, are covered in rust, and some of the drop ceiling tiles were out of place. The shower was fine, at night took a minute to warm up, but there was good water pressure and it was plenty hot after that! They provide 2 bars of soap for a 2 queen room and plenty of towels.
The beds were comfortable, 4 pillows in each, and I slept well and didn't want to wake up to catch breakfast! That ends at 9am on weekdays but wish it was 9:30 like weekends. There is also a balcony but I didn't use it but nice to have!
Breakfast was fine, eggs, sausage, hash browns, yogurt, especially liked the mini donuts and waffles! It was restocked and they didn't abruptly close it at 9am."
