"It doesn't help that as we pulled onto thr property someone (who looked like a druggie) was getting arrested. If you look at the property it looks like they are trying to remodel, but I spilled a small amount of water on the floor, as I wiped it up, the tissue came out black. Price was good but the hotel and area feels a little unsafe. FYI there are no elevators and there seems to be a lot of people that live there."

"We picked this hotel because it had a pool which we wanted for our granddaughter but the pool was closed for a do over.
Remolding was happening also on our hall. Very unsightly.
Note on sink said “ cleanliness important to us, we will clean your room and provide towels once a week”. That is not enough for us considering we paid $400 for 2 nights
The shuttle to airport was great so that was a plus. Also the bed was clean and comfortable."
"My Daughter was sick on the bed and they were very fast getting the bedding changed out. The breakfast was very well maintained by attentive staff members and varied day to day. The 24 hrs coffee and hot chocolate was a great addition."
"I really enjoyed this location as you are in the heart of downtown Springfield and also a brief 3 minute walk from the Casino and Hockey stadium. There are lots to do while in the area and I can’t wait to return again!"
"It's a transient hotel with large families, barking dogs. Halls are dirty. Elevator was dirty. Staff was rude when we asked for towels for our room. There was 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. Half a roll of toilet paper. Couldn't even provide coffee in the lobby but they want $165,a night for this dump."
"I was attending a wedding nearby. It was the perfect place for me and my girls to rest our heads. It was a lovely room very clean. We absolutely loved it."
