beach and having a pool right outside the rooms. Would’ve given 5 stars if they had more food options on site. They used to have a grill at the
beach bar but no longer have that, only overpriced grab and go sandwich options. Also be aware that they automatically charge a 20% gratuity to all purchases whether it be a drink at the bar or grab and go sandwich."

"The property was clean, quiet, convenient. Loved that it had private
beach access. The pool area was great as well. Convenient to local stores and restaurants . Met some nice people that visit there every year. Staff was personable and polite. We didn't use the recreation room, but it was set up very family friendly. They offered activities on different days. All around an amazing experience. "

"This was a wonderful find in South Yarmouth. Nice rooms and close to a lot of areas near Yarmouth. The check in was smooth and the hotel manager was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and we liked the cottage sort of feel. We were here for a family reunion but we will come back just for a visit. The continental breakfast in the morning each day was quite nice and the coffee is delicious. We didn't get chance to use the pool as we went to the
beach but it looked great...
