Great place to stay for a cruise the next day. Beds were comfortable, breakfast amazing and nicely located to walk to pubs and restaurants. Great view of the wall ruins from our room. Downside was no elevator and a bit confusing as to where the front desk was to check in. Turns out it is right when you walk in the restaurant. A bit tired so doesn’t look as clean and had to navigate around linens in the hall to check out. But all in all a good stay.
Beautiful room, spotlessly clean, super comfy bedding. Service is excellent as is the food in the restaurant. It’s worth including breakfast, which is exceptional
A nice, clean, simple hotel with a fabulous staff! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, they made you feel at home. The breakfast and dinner were also lovely. A perfect stop before a cruise.
The staff here is phenomenal, very friendly and polite. The location is close to options for shopping and dining, but the restaurant attached to the hotel is amazing.
Really loved this place, the only issue is that we are quite tall so we found the bed a little short. The breakfast was incredible

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The room was very clean, but the carpet needs to be replaced. Check in was tough as we were dropped in the alley and it looks a sketchy. Lovely restaurant there. Drinks were very expensive.
Such a convenient location in Southampton. We walked everywhere from the theater to the restaurants and pubs. The restaurant at the hotel was delicious, especially the bread!
