The property was clean with necessary utensils. Secure access to the property as well . Lacked air conditioning and tea/ coffee makings

We checked out within an hour of checking in. It was actually unbearable. The property does not have air con except on the basement floor. The lobby, the hallways, and especially the rooms were hot and muggy, you can't even open the window fully to get some air flow. We complained to the front desk guy, he said he understood because he was sweating bullets and the employees don't have AC either! How can they treat their guests and employees like this?
