"Nice rustic atmosphere"

"If you are staying at a hotel in the summer, this is the place to stay in Ketchikan for a quiet, serene, Alaska experience. I had to leave a review just to mention they provide an assortment of pillows on your bed so you can find one to your preference. It’s those thoughtful little things as well as the welcome notes in your room that make this place special. The restaurant on-site is a large circular log building with sweeping views of the water and waterfalll off to the side. We had the breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner, and drinks at the bar during our stay this week and each experience was nice and didn’t feel rushed. "

"Vicki, Joan and Kyle were excellent, knowlegdable, friendly, kind and very considerate of our needs, rides, local information about where and what to do in Sitka. We didnt see the person that cleaned the rooms but cleanliness was great."

"With an older hotel charm, our stay was very clean and comfortable. It felt very homey but quality. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! One tiny sadness was that there did not seem to be any attempt to make or keep refilled complimentary coffee in the lobby. "
