Located in the old quarter of Hanoi just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, the hotel is a boutique hotel with an exceptional level of hospitality. Staff of the hotel are friendly and helpful and can anticipate your needs including a preference for a shower cubicle instead of a bathtub. My recent hotel stay was marked by the outstanding friendliness of the staff, who were always approachable and helpful. While the room was pleasant, I did notice that some amenities were lacking. We had an awesome time staying in Borei. Their check-in was so fast and easy, the ambience of the hotel is relaxing and it is located near to almost all the "must visit" places in Siem Reap. What we enjoyed most in Borei is the staff, who always ensuring our needs are met, their smile warms your heart and they never hesitate to lend a helping hand. Salute to all the staff of Borei!

Amazing room provided from Bandha Hotels and Resort. Everything went perfectly smooth and beyond expectations. Level of service is amazing, great features such as pool bar, Jacuzzi in bedroom. Even the hotel breakfast is surprising excellent. Strongly recommend to all others.

Great hotel near Landmark, Glorietta, Greenbelt Malls. Walking distance to food and shopping areas. Big and comfortable room with complimentary beer and Coke. Have small pantry and microwave oven to use. Great staff around hotel.

Haian beach hotel and spa is excellent in every way. The hotel is kept really clean. The buffet breakfast was continually replenished even if we came down close the the end of breakfast time. The staff kept the place really clean. The swimming pool at the roof top and a lovely view and the pool was really clean. The spa environment is immaculately designed and has a sea view, making it a breathtaking and relaxing experience.

I loved loved loved my stay here. ASAI is literally a stone's throw away from Saint Louis BTS. There are great coffee shops, a 7-11 and laundromat nearby. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, they make guests feel so safe even at night. I ordered stuff from Shopee and they were ready to help me collect! My only small feedback is that the hotel rooms can afford to have bedroom slippers. Other than that, I will not hesitate to come back to ASAI for my next trips. Looking forward to...

An excellent hotel in Hanoi - the staff were the friendliest we have met in Vietnam (which is a very friendly country!) They went out of their way to help us and give us recommendations. The rooms were lovely and had everything you needed. Excellent breakfast and delicious welcoming drinks. We would love to come back.
