"Staff"

"All of the staff was very friendly, room was clean. It was interesting being a historic building. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but everything else was great. I had a very early morning doctor's appointment, so I did not get to try the breakfast."

"The hotel is very cute and clean with a great restaurant in the lobby. The area is a little older and not the totally safest feel if you have kids but there is a couple great restaurants close and walkable. Downtown is very cute. You just need to be careful which path you take when walking around. "

"The first thing was the greeting and speed that checking process was. The location in Grandview is awesome access to great dining and shopping, everything is right on hwy 280. The Breakfast is great, the Layback affair in the evening is just relaxing. We stayed 4 days for Steel city Jazz festival and enjoyed ourselves with the assistance of following staff Ayana- guest services supervisor, Maddy and Robin - guest services agent and last not kitchen staff Danielle and Sydney. "
