"There were roaches crawling up the wall when we went in and the outside was horrible! Looked like a vacant building!! I want my money back"

"We chose this property because it is pet friendly and were pleased with the ample space to walk our dog, and the fact that they were able to give us a first floor room as requested. A slight hiccup with the room in that the heat worked only in the bedroom. We did report it to the desk and they offered to move us, but we would have lost the first floor room. Note to self - check to make sure everything works before settling in! Overall the property was what we were looking for. "
