"The staff was extremely helpful even before I checked in. There were some problems with my reservation and they were very responsive and supportive in making sure it was settled before I got checked in. When I arrived the two gentlemen at the check in counter were so personable and welcoming. When I needed anything, I got it super quickly. Breakfast was just what I needed to get my day started and the area was cleaned and tidy. It’s an ideal spot for lodging. It’s conveniently located to a lot of things: 2 blocks away from the convention center, 3 blocks away from Trader Joe’s, about 4 blocks from city hall and the love park and so many great food options. And you couldn’t beat the price for the stay and what you got! I could go on but it really is a nice affordable option with amenities that will help save money."

"Excellent hotel stay! Very clean, quiet. Had a large balcony area near the pool with tables and chairs that was nice. Room was clean, very big, great city views. Bathroom clean. Hotel staff was friendly, efficient. Parking in the garage was very simple. 4 elevators too, super speedy when needing to come and go. Very well insulated walls I guess because we didn't hear anything other than some of the city traffic. Several food options, entertainment, coffee within very short walking distance. Lobby, gym & pool were very nice as well. Will definitely stay here again!"
