"Perfect choice for all ages and group sizes. It's everything you need for a Universal vacation. Amenities were excellent, we neer had to wait for a shuttle to the Parks, we had early park admission with our stay, staff were friendly and welcoming, Starbucks staff were great and wait for food/drinks was minimal. Check in was easy and very welcoming even at 1 a.m.! Only down side is that breakfast is not included. We will be back for sure! "

"I had a few concerns with communication at the resort. First, we were not notified of the waterslides being shut down until the day of getting there. It was quite the shock since this is why we booked at this location. Second, my daughters husband sent flowers and chocolates for mother's day and the front desk lost them. I finally started getting text message communications on the last day we were there about events and what was happening. I would stay again if the slides were open and if I didn't get any deliveries. "

"$50 fee for early check in is ridiculous, rooms was dirty and buggy , couldn’t use the balcony bugs/flies all over the floor (they somehow made their way into the room and were all over the bed ) Staff is super friendly tho"

"Great staff. Good breakfast. Beautiful beach. Nice pools. Didn’t really need the car I rented unless I wanted to go on some of the boat rides and other activities in the area."

"Beautiful hotel, the property is just stunning. Most staff members were great. The valet is the most awful valet I’ve ever encountered. Over an hour and a half waiting for our car. Inexcusable!"
