"This is the worst hotel for families with Kids. We could smell weed on the Hotel Campus. It is close to the expressway, so it is very noisy all night. The staff does not smile while checking out. I guess you get what you pay for. Literally for another 40 bucks, there are better hotels nearby. "

"When we called to advise we needed an upgrade to our room, your staff was the most pleasant and professional to us. We were going to be charged an additional fee, but through a conversation it was deemed to be withdrawn. Though this may se to be minor, customer service like this is so important and we were made to feel valued. We often use Expedia and for this positive interaction, we will be continuing to do so with confidence. Vacation time is very exciting and having a pleasant experience as this, makes it even more rewarding. Thank you again. Have a wonderful day. We did ! "

"We are extremely disappointed with our stay. Upon being assigned our rooms, we opened the doors only to find that they were already occupied by other guests who were sleeping inside. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious failure in your management and room allocation process. We were then moved to different rooms that did not match what we had originally booked. However, given that it was already late at night, we had no other option but to accept them. This situation caused us significant discomfort and inconvenience, and it falls far below any reasonable standard of service."

"The breakfast restaurant opened at 8:30 on a Friday- which was kinda late if you’re leaving early for the parks. Also it was a credit to the account rather than an actual breakfast. It is in a restaurant- not a buffet or continental. "

"We began staying at the grove many years ago when it opened. Since then, cleanliness has declined, and many rooms (we've stayed in the last few years). need serious fixing and upgrading (cabinets and dressers falling apart, showers needs updating, hallways to rooms are constantly full of garbage people leave out, and overall dirt and grime) It is not what it use to be."

"in all honesty the vibe is great but our room in versailles tower was dirty and had a weird scent to it. no point in getting a balcony room because theres like 10 massive generators in front of your view that are on all day. the tower is far from the lobby and most amenities however it was less chaotic with barely any foot traffic. overall atmosphere is amazing but the location of the hotel itself limits you from walking to a lot of places like south beach downtown. vida brunch was ok, arkadia wasnt all that, la cote (outside bar) was probably the best. the beach area seemed very unorganized and hectic. highly recommend not going during hs spring break or conventions because this hotel gets insanely crowded with a ton of kids literally running around the lobby. check in was smooth tho we got our room at 8am right after landing and check out was even easier as you didnt have to wait in line, all you had to do was text the check out on your phone. overall id give it a 7/10. i would definitely come back here but will opt to choose the suites at sorrento or tresor suites!"
