"The room was dirty and felt like the air was stagnant. It smelled like a mixture of mildew, wet dog and weed in the hallway. There were roaches in the room.There was 1 towel and 1 hand towel, no soap and the bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Carpet was stained and the bed looked like the spread had been pulled over old used sheets. The elevator was out of service. That’s all I had to see before I left my keys at the desk and left without staying a minute longer. Didn’t even make it to look at the pool or breakfast area. "

"Hotel was great overall with only a few minor hiccups. First, the location was perfect - close to lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. A Publix grocery store is next door for drinks and snacks. It was quiet and folks very friendly even with the hotel full. The room we were in had very few outlets which made charging tech for multiple people cumbersome as some were too loose to keep the plug inserted. Two of the dresser drawers were broken as well. Nothing major, just annoying. The breakfast is a mini bistro with Starbucks in the lobby with limited breakfast items. Note if you purchase the breakfast for 2 in you stay package, it only includes a brewed coffee and 1 breakfast menu item. If you wish to purchase a speciality coffee like a latte or add a side item like yogurt or muffin with your breakfast sandwich, there are upcharges. Kitty's Cafe is a few minutes walk and they have a full country menu. "

"We enjoyed this beautiful hotel! The staff was very professional and helpful. Our room was a corner on the 6th floor so, though it was beautiful we heard the traffic below and the train that went through the Convention center across the street."
