"Arguably one of the best hotels to stay at in Banff for the average traveller. The reception is warm and inviting, checking in is easy and the parking is well thought out. The hotel has a specacular rooftop hottub with lots of room and the view is spectacular. Heated floors, a wonderful sauna and a well appointed fitness room round out the amenities that I have experienced. The rooms are great and the pour-over coffee provided in the room adds to the warmth the rest of the hotel brings. I stay here as often as I can"

"We absolutely loved our stay! We were in town for a girls trip and couldn’t have picked a better place to rest, relax and leave feeling so refreshed. The property was beautiful, the staff were amazing and we were blown away by all the special little touches that went above and beyond to make our time even more comfortable.
