"Super clean nice staff. Could use a hot tub. Only giving 4 stars cause the pillows sucked they were literally folded in half inside of the pillowcase. The front was nice about it and they gave us more when we asked. Also the ice machines were broken on the top floor"

"We slept well, clean sheets, clean room. Front desk was phenomenal. Brian and the lady at the desk were very easy to like! They need a raise or bonus or something. Will stay again!"

"Please remember your laptop as the area where the computer is located is not enclosed for privacy purposes. There is space in front and by the pool to relax. The staff is really nice!!!"

"4/4/2026. We booked this hotel at a higher price point than similarly priced options because of the reviews in Hotels.com. The room smelled like mildew and the bathroom was dirty and outdated with excessive wear and tear. The carpet within the room was dirty and we had to keep our shoes on within the room. Very disappointed with the direction Hotels.com steered us. "

"The room was not clean their was piss on the toilet food on the door of the fridge & it took them over a hour after calling & going down stairs for them to send someone to fix the microwave so I could eat and I'm a diabetic that is not acceptable."

"The hot tub was out of order, and this was one of the main reasons I booked at this hotel. It would be great if the website could indicate when amenities that are promised are not available. Additionally, the hotel reception was not really friendly. The lady who checked me in seemed annoyed. She wasn't rude, but not very welcoming. I called the hotel desk later to request a blanket for the pull-out bed, since there was not one provided in the room. I had to call three times before anyone picked up and then when she answered, she said please hold. I held for several minutes before hanging up. We never got the blanket. Only one elevator was working. I did not try the breakfast or bar and grill, so no comments on that, other than the seating area looked nice. The room was clean, but the wifi signal was weak and kicked me offline or out of the show I was watching. "
