She arranged a taxi for us and checked on us while waiting offering an umbrella if required. A valuable and pleasant young lady. The stay was comfortable, all needs met. "Room was nice and big , huge bed and very comfortable. The room was an accessible room which I didn't realise I booked.The bathroom was very big but there was no bench space and the shower curtain was about 30 to 40 cm off the floor as a result the floor got saturated during a shower and the floor was super slippery. I would suggest getting a longer shower curtain to avoid this. "
