"Pretty good costumer service"

"There trash in the hallway as you exit the elevator, so many scuff marks on the wall, paint missing, exit sign on floor falling off...the room was not clean, shower door was dirty and looks to be grime inside. The elevator floor was dirty, the hallway had a fan in it as soon as you get off the elevator as if the hotel AC/air flow was not working....it was very poor quality for newer hotel...felt very ghetto. "

"Bathroom door had a hole in it which was repaired poorly. No microwave or mini fridge ok value for the money. Nothing special."
