Hampton Inn Sanford

"Excellent staff.pleasant lobby. Clean room."
Quality Inn Asheboro South

"First I would like to say that the interior of the facility was very clean. Our room was very nice although the bed pillows were very small. This facility was right next to the interstate but we weren't really bothered much with the traffic noise. The free breakfast bar was better than we have experienced. Overall would recommend!"

Comfort Suites Sanford
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is in a safe, convenient location within walking distance of restaurants and stores. The staff is exceptionally friendly and responsive, addressing any concerns as quickly and effectively as possible. During our most recent stay, we had an unexpected situation arise. While the details are not important, the staff handled it promptly, corrected the issue, and provided outstanding customer service throughout the process. Breakfast is offered during convenient hours and includes a nice variety of options. Even guests who need gluten-free choices can find items to enjoy. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and completely smoke-free. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and excellent service."

"The room I booked was given away prior to my arrival. I was not accommodated and there was no accountability. My family was uncomfortable and I was disappointed. I will never stay here again."
Hampton Inn Asheboro
10/10 Excellent
"The staff here are amazing. From the General Manager Evelyn to all the staff including Brandon, Amy and the tall dude with salt n pepper hair who is a friendly gentle giant. Everyone here at this hotel is welcoming and genuinely care about making sure you have a good stay. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and they have a little store in the hotel that is very well equipped. They have ice cream in it and if you tell them to not let you have more than one ice cream…they remind you but let you get your fill! If I wanted to be very critical of judging this hotel I could say the couches and tvs in the room could be updated but everything is maintained very well and everything is clean! The breakfast does need some work… I’ve stayed at the holiday inn hotel next door and while it is newer, this Hampton inn has more amenities, the staff is better, and it feels more like a home. I recommend this Hampton inn for visits in asheboro over every hotel and I’ve stayed at every one of them"
