Amazing and awesome services from the hotel staff. Beautiful family suite at upper level with very new appliances and quality toiletries. Staff at reception were exceptionally helpful in guiding us to places of interests, ticketing and restaurants reservation.

The staff were amazing! Mario and Katja, along with the others went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is lovely and conveniently located. The hotel breakfast has a wide selection

After an amazing 4-hour journey on the Glacier Express from Chur for an overnight visit to the Matterhorn, we arrived at Zermatt and was immediately greeted by the friendly hotel taxi driver. Check-in was very smooth and the hotel service was perfect. All our needs were attended to with the utmost professionalism. We felt very well taken care of. The breakfast buffet and welcome drinks at the lobby café were fantastic! The sauna and swimming pool offered a nice sanctuary after a whole day of...

We were passing through Andermatt for one night enroute to Davos via glacier express and decided to spend the night at the chedi. The property is simply par excellence and I would rate it 6 stars in terms of comfort and service if I could. The expansive spa area might well be the best in Switzerland if not in Europe and the overall attention to fine details was impressive. Would love to return some day!

The service is the best we have experience. We are speaking as those who travel around the world for our work up to 3 to 4 months a year. Everyone was attentive to our needs from food, transport to ski rental & lessons. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable.

All the staff are super prompt and friendly, especially the staff handling breakfast, spa who makes me feel very welcomed! Fast check in ans thanks to the staff handling my check in, for the free upgrade. The one bedroom is super nice and big and everything looks so wonderful. Would definitively love to stay in there again, its the best...

My queries sent online before I arrived were promptly responded to by Christian, the front office manager, and Sarah, working in the front office. They arranged for complimentary pickup to and from the train station; so much so I don’t have to handle my luggage the moment I was picked up. At check in, Christian offered me a welcome drink (a glass of Prosecco) and Sarah showed me the facilities of the hotel. The service was impeccable, so much so I didn’t want to head out after check in and...

Amazing stay. We got an upgrade to a larger unit, which was super large. Breakfast was wonderful, staff was friendly and helpful. We have two way transfer from station to hotel with our luggages on check in and out dates. Location is quiet and peaceful and a few minutes walk to the centre of village

The receptionist was really helpful and did what she could to provide us with the best experience in Zermatt
