We enjoyed our stay. Check-in was done quick and seamless, the room was spacious and clean, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout. Would highly recommend!

We were passing through Andermatt for one night enroute to Davos via glacier express and decided to spend the night at the chedi. The property is simply par excellence and I would rate it 6 stars in terms of comfort and service if I could. The expansive spa area might well be the best in Switzerland if not in Europe and the overall attention to fine details was impressive. Would love to return some day!

After an amazing 4-hour journey on the Glacier Express from Chur for an overnight visit to the Matterhorn, we arrived at Zermatt and was immediately greeted by the friendly hotel taxi driver. My queries sent online before I arrived were promptly responded to by Christian, the front office manager, and Sarah, working in the front office. They arranged for complimentary pickup to and from the train station; so much so I don’t have to handle my luggage the moment I was picked up. Amazing stay. We got an upgrade to a larger unit, which was super large. Breakfast was wonderful, staff was friendly and helpful. We have two way transfer from station to hotel with our luggages on check in and out dates. Location is quiet and peaceful and a few minutes walk to the centre of village
