"I love my Marriott, when we walked into the hotel it was very nice, clean, modern. While waiting to be checked in I could hear how pleasant and nice the staff was with the first customer in-front of me. When it was my turn, the staff was really short and unpleasant with the whole check in process. I was kind of disappointed, maybe it was because of my appearance. He was very short and when I asked him where the elevator was it was kind of like an annoyed response from him vs a pleasant let me assist you type of response. "

The toilet handle was broken; instead of replacing it, it had been glued back and got stuck each time it was used. The bathroom door could not shut completely. The room fridge didn't cool our drinks. When my husband went down for breakfast, about 15 min from the end time, he asked a staff person who was putting the remaining scrambled eggs on a plate (for herself) if there would be anymore coming out and she said no.
