"Very friendly staffs, the room arrangments are great, bunker bed on top level via ladder was my son's favorite. The dining area is cozy for breakfast or after dinner tea time. Laundry service is absolutely useful prior to cruise.10 min walk to supermarkets and great restaurants. Unfortunately the cooktop and microwaves doesnt work on both of the rooms we stayed at, hopefully they do something about it. "

"Property was clean, good location, near the cruise ports, restraunts, coffee shops. It was difficult for us to get into the building initially as we arrived later. But we got in touch with contact number and spoke with someone who arranged entry to building front door."

"I arrived and the boiler was not working. They weren't able to help. (they don't have anybody on site of the property ever. I had to try myself.) I then had to wait for 5 DAYS expecting and being told each day that an engineer would come to fix it. Nobody ever came. Whilst I had to wait in the apartment throughout that time for somebody to come, expecting someone to. But they kept breaking their word. I've honestly never met a company less bothered about their property not having working heating...

"Room was what was needed, comfy bed, decent shower and you can control the lighting from the bed. The staff atbthe front desk were friendly. The parking is a bit annoying as you have to parl in B&Q car parl rather than out the front which made it harder with baby stuff. Would stay again. We used it when returning from a later ferry journey."
