"The room was wonderful, beautiful views of the bay and beach. However the floors were filthy. Management needs to hire a tile cleaning company to professionally clean the floors. The dust mop method used by the hotel staff does not work. If you walk aroung barefooted in the room your feet WILL become black."

El único detalle fue que por salir apresurada a la playa dejé mi cadena con baño de oro en un cajon del baño, cuando regresamos ya habían hecho la limpieza y mi cadena ya no estaba. No deje tip para room service puesto que la persona ya se había cobrado. Una lástima que la gente no valore su trabajo y se expongan a ser despedidos. El hotel es excelente, sin duda volveré por tercera vez. "

"It was a beautiful room and I wished I had more time there. The location is quiet at night and parking is easy. There is no 24 hour reception, so please call ahead if you will be coming early morning or late nite. The hotel is very responsive to requests. If you are concerned about the distance from downtown, don’t be. Star Chalet is right off 41 which leads directly to downtown. Definitely a must stay when in Naples. "

"The balcony bay views are gorgeous. You’ll almost guaranteed to see dolphins and sting rays in the water daily. The rooms are set in way you absolutely feel like you’re at home. With a small but full kitchen and grocery store near by, it’s perfect for a family. As a single traveler though it’s my favorite to go. There’s a restaurant right next door with the friendly staff. "Very tiny Tiny House. Nicely decorated and clean. Bathroom so small if you’re anything over average height and weight beware. Comfortable stay if it’s short like 2 nights. Room for 3 but we were just 2 adults and it was quite small. Nice nice fridge but chairs too low for fold down table . We didn’t cook there but you can. Overall a good deal for what you get. Area a little sketchy across the street . Expedia does not show this in its presentation of Tiny Houses "

"This property is oceanfront with direct access to the beach from the lanai. There was a large screened lanai with chairs and a table. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. There was daily cleaning but, we decided not to use it because it was raining and we were stuck inside. When I went outside there were a bag of fresh towels at the door. I didn’t even ask for them. I would recommend this property. "
