"Very nice staff. Easy check-in. Room was quaint. It was very quiet which was great. The room was clean and orderly. It is an old home, but was quite pleasant. This isn’t a criticism, but to let other travelers know, the refrigerator and microwave are in the shared living room area. They are not in the individual rooms. The location of the property was also excellent for sightseeing, and near a variety of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay."

"I love the location of the hotel,I like the hotel because it has a relaxing atmosphere,easy check in no hassle,friendly staff.I love that they have breakfast and it was really nice except that it could have been warmer,but overall the stay was good,would love to stay again."

"clean and convenient，the lady in front desk of 12nd Sunday is very nice， The water in swimming pool outsides is warm and comfortable. I really enjoy swimming till the rain. The only regret is that the printer is out of work they can not print the receipts."

"Every one of the staff we encountered was personable and very helpful. The rooms were neat and well stocked. Parking was convenient and accessible. The location was in the center of business and close to the major thoroughfares. This is an excellent choice for travelers."

"The continental breakfast was poorly stocked, and there were hardly any guests eating at the time I was there. They were out of cups, bowls for the oatmeal, out of milk and bacon/sausage. Also the eggs were not even warm. We had to wait forever for someone to come out and stock everything, and when the breakfast stocker did come out she just complained when we mentioned to to her like we were bothering her. I stay in a lot of Hyatt Places and this was one of the worst for continental breakfast we have ever had."
