"Such a terrible hotel for this price. So tired looking and the facilities there are practically zero.. Smoking guests all around and all they could do was provide a fan because we could not open up the balcony because of the heavy smoking from the room beside us."

"My stay at InterContinental Chongqing Raffles City was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and perfectly located, offering stunning views of the river and city.
A special mention goes to Eric Lin at the front desk. He was extremely attentive, professional, and welcoming, and went out of his way to share great tips about Chongqing that made exploring the city much easier and more enjoyable. His service really elevated my experience.
Overall, the combination of world class facilities and outstanding hospitality makes this hotel an easy choice. I’d happily return on my next visit and recommend it to friends and family."
"Convenient location for dining and shopping, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I stayed at a Marriott property, and while the room was smaller than expected for the brand, it was generally clean and functional. Unfortunately, the kettle in the room didn’t work, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was an okay stay nothing exceptional, but decent for a short visit."
"Overall was great, near to iconic places, malls nearby, multiple dining options, would definitely come back. The staff were great, the housekeepers are so nice, the butlers were great. We never told the staff that it was my friend’s bday too, but they probably checked the passports and found out and they provided a gift when we came back, it was so sweet. "Hotel seems dated inside the rooms. The carpet was stained and the small couch within my room has stains on. The bathroom wasn't cleaned that well and had squashed mosquitos on the wall.
Although it is meant to be a non-smoking hotel, somebody had obviously smoked in the room I stayed in because I could smell stale smoke that had permeated in to the carpet and curtains. The aircon did not work at all well either, I set it to 18C, the coldest it would go, and it barely worked. It was a very hot and sweaty night. I wouldn't stay there again.
Leaving the next morning, there was a cigarette ash and a cigarette butt on the floor of the lift."

"This newly opened hotel provided one of the most comfortable sleeping experiences we’ve ever had. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, as were the team members in the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast itself was among the best we’ve ever enjoyed. We will definitely return the next time we have the opportunity to visit this city."
