"The breakfast, with a chef preparing eggs, pancakes, french toast, sausage or bacon, to order, is superb. Never been to a hotel at this price point that offers this sort of breakfast. Staff are all competent, communicative, helpful. Steve at the front desk handled a package delivery, with an unknown arrival time, efficiently and with no problems. Will definitely stay here again. "My recent stay at Mt. Olympus Resort was very disappointing. Late at night, a serious incident occurred on our floor involving a hotel security guard allegedly cornering a teenage guest. Moments later, another woman came forward saying her 14-year-old relative was missing. The situation caused panic among families, and the response from hotel staff was disorganized and unprofessional. The police were called, and chaos continued for hours with shouting and people running through the hallways. What made things even worse is that no one from the hotel ever reached out to check on us or explain what had happened. I didn’t feel safe staying there with my children. This experience was deeply unsettling and left me with no desire to ever return."
