"On arrival check in was no bother. We stayed in a family room ( 3 adults ) which was a bit of a hike to get to. The room itself was very spacious and very clean. Amenities, tea and coffee was plenty. Only gripe was the TV was around the corner from the main double bed and viewing was awkward but other than that no problem. Breakfast was standard to be honest with plenty to choose from - nothing more to say. Would be stay again - yes and no 😁"

"The Heyford had positves and negatives for me. Positives 1) Michael. Nothing was too much for him. He is personable and did his utmost to make sure I had a pleasant stay with you, so big thanks to him. 2) The room. I stayed in the deluxe room and it is a big spacious room with a comfortable bed and balcony. 3) Food. After reading the reviews, I was expecting to be let down by the food, but everything I had was delicious. Negatives 1) I'm pedantic and felt perhaps the room could be cleaner. 2) I came for my birthday and mentioned this twice to the hotel, but I didn't even get a handwritten card wishing me well, which I thought was a shame. 3) Slippers. Paying £400 a night for a room and not getting slippers is quite wild."

"What a great hotel. Lovely room, warm and friendly staff. Room was clean, great decor, fab bathroom and included a nice breakfast. Great location for shopping at Bicester Village only 6 mins away. Resturant was ok."

"What a beautiful place, our room was brand new and very stylish, the breakfast tasty with lots of choice, the staff very welcoming. The food and drinks however are very expensive with a service charge every time you order at the bar, it’s annoying after paying so much for the beautiful room. We however went to the local pub The Ben Johnson and the staff were also amazing and better value for your money!! "
