Great staff, tired hotel, poor buffet
Hotel staff are lovely, hotel itself is rired and nweding upgraded. The buffet was not good, if you went in the last hour of service there was very little left and they did not replenish even though there was still an hour to go. Old town very nice feels like an alpine ski resort prices are very good in Bulgaria

We visited in the off season, so it wasn't busy and a few of the businesses were shut. The main centre is charming and pleasant to walk around. Some of the buildings are historic and imagine there would be a good buzz about the place in the Summer.
