"The window shade was broken. They did not give us another room. When we check in they told us that if we brake any thing we will have to pay for it. So as soon enter the room and saw tthe window shade was broken, we went back down to report it. Never before a hotel told us this when checking in. Strange? "

"The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, it just wasnt a fit for us. We had booked 2 nights and left after the first one. There is staff present at all hours, but unfortunately, the English speaking staff wasn't there when we needed it. After our first night the lock to out room broke, and we couldnt lock our room door when we left. They did fix it while we were out, but having english speaking staff in that situation would have been nice. The entrance to the building is from street lvl...
