"Diamond inn the rough! Our room, the Palms was beautifully designed and decorated. Peaceful place that makes you feel your in a small Italian oasis. Really nice springs. We are coming back often."
Travelodge by Wyndham Truth or Consequences
8/10 Good
"The outside of the hotel was dirty. It is an older hotel so I will give that some consideration. The room however was very clean. My stay was excellent and I would return. My only criticism is the pillows are in desperate need of replacement; too small and too soft."
Sierra Grande, A Ted Turner Retreat
8/10 Good
"Arrived around one oclock and inquired about checking in early, lady at the front desk seemed put off at such a request and didn't even consider the possibility."
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Truth or Consequences by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Breakfast was mediocre. But the room was excellent with actual good bathroom mirror lighting"
Dam Site Lodge
8/10 Good
"It's an older but well-maintained property, with ambiance a bit like an older hunting lodge - though the torrential rains did cause some building issues for them. There's communication issues between them and Expedia; check-in is expected by 4 pm, otherwise have to call directly - and the listed "minifridge" and "microwave" amenities are actually in a common kitchen area. A bit awkward, but the staff is quite accommodating. If you admire cactus and native flowering plants, the grounds are wonderful viewing. And of course, the prime location near the dam, boat ramps, etc."
3 Mi to Elephant Butte Lake: Cozy Retreat!
